KIM LONG MOTORS INTEGRATION TRAINING FOR NEW EMPLOYEES

In October 2023, KIM LONG Motors organized an integration training program for more 176 new employees working at KIM LONG Motors Automobile, Parts & Components Production Complex. This is a regularly organized activity to help new members quickly integrate into the environment and work effectively.

Employees participate in "Intergration training program for new employees".

"Integration for new employees" is a mandatory training topic for new employees joining KIM LONG Motors. Through the program, employees will clearly understand the history of formation and development; vision, mission, core values ​​and organizational structure of KIM LONG Motors.

In addition, new employees will also be specifically informed about administrative regulations, human resources policies, welfare regimes and answers to questions about the environment, working culture as well as internal regulations of the company.
