The factory is equipped with an automated production line system, capable of meeting the requirements for manufacturing and assembling a wide range of bus segments and types (including seated buses, sleeper buses, public buses, minibuses), trucks of various capacities, and specialized vehicles. The entire production process is carried out on an automated body transfer system, ensuring seamless synchronization and connectivity from the welding shop to the painting shop and the assembly shop. The factory's products utilize engines that meet Euro 5 emissions standards or higher, making them environmentally friendly and aligned with export-oriented goals while also catering to the domestic market.

PRODUCTION LINE

Welding line

This is where thousands of welding points are performed to create the complete body of KIM LONG-branded commercial vehicles. The production line is equipped with the most advanced spot-welding robots available today, along with contact welding technology and a fully automated body transfer shutter system. These innovations ensure high productivity and effective quality control of weld joints.

Painting line

The electrostatic coating line features 13 continuous ED dipping tanks, each 15 meters long, operating fully automatically, allowing for the complete dipping of the vehicle body. Additionally, the workshop is equipped with an advanced technical parameter control system to ensure the perfection of color and surface coating durability, meeting all of the customers' specific color requirements.

Assembly line

The assembly line is intelligently designed with modern equipment capable of assembling a variety of commercial vehicle products. The chassis hanger system and semi-automatic assembly equipment for engines, axles, and transmissions effectively support each production stage, enhancing precision and improving product quality.

Inspection line

The commercial vehicle inspection process is carried out by engineers using equipment imported from Europe. All inspection steps, including steering angle, suspension system, brakes, and emission levels, are strictly adhered to in accordance with regulations, ensuring that all products meet operational and safety standards before leaving the factory.
