"SPRING BUS" TAKES KIM LONG MOTOR EMPLOYEES HOME FOR FAMILY REUNIONS

Every Tet holiday, those who are far from home eagerly await the chance to reunite with their families and enjoy the warmth of the traditional Tet atmosphere. With a spirit of care and sharing, KIM LONG MOTOR has launched the "Spring Ride" program to support employees and their families with a safe and convenient journey home, ensuring a complete family reunion during Tet.

The "Spring Bus" is an annual activity organized by KIM LONG MOTOR to help employees from afar reunite with their families and loved ones during Tet. The program is part of the company’s corporate culture development strategy, demonstrating its concern for the well-being of its employees. This year, with an expanded workforce of over 2,500 employees, free buses will transport hundreds of workers at the KIM LONG MOTOR Hue Automobile Production and Assembly Complex along with their families to their hometowns to celebrate the traditional Tet holiday in 2025.

Many employees have expressed their joy at participating in the program. Mr. Vo Phi Loc - a member of the Production Division, shared: “As someone who works far from home, every year around this time I have to worry about booking train and bus tickets, and sometimes I can’t even make it home in time for Tet. The "Spring Bus" program is a timely and practical support, not only helping us save on travel expenses but also showing the company’s leadership care for its employees. This truly means a lot.”

In addition to focusing on welfare policies, salaries, and the lives of employees, KIM LONG MOTOR will continue to expand its workforce in 2025 to meet the company’s development strategy. With thousands of job opportunities in production, engineering, management, sales, and services, the workforce at theKIM LONG MOTOR Hue Automobile Production and Assembly Complex is expected to reach 5,000 by the end of 2025.
