On the afternoon of November 12, KIM LONG MOTOR and Phu Xuan University held a working session to discuss cooperation in workforce training. The meeting aimed to strengthen the connection between businesses and educational institutions, focusing on developing high-quality training programs and supplying skilled human resources for the automotive industry.

Phu Xuan University Delegation Visits and Works at KIM LONG MOTOR Hue Automotive Manufacturing and Assembly Complex

A delegation from Phu Xuan University, led by Dr. Nguyen Huu Chuc, Head of the Department of Science and Technology, International Cooperation, and Business Connection, along with faculty heads, visited and worked at the KIM LONG MOTOR Hue Automotive Manufacturing and Assembly Complex. The delegation was welcomed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Xuan Mai, Senior Advisor on Automotive R&D, and representatives from KIM LONG MOTOR’s Human Resources Department.

During the working session, the Phu Xuan University delegation was introduced to the development process and business activities of KIM LONG MOTOR. Both parties discussed and agreed on cooperation in workforce training, specifically through internship programs and post-graduation recruitment, helping students enhance their professional knowledge and develop practical skills.

Currently, Phu Xuan University offers training in 12 majors, divided into two main academic groups: the Faculty of Technology & Business and the Faculty of Foreign Languages & Tourism. The partnership between KIM LONG MOTOR and Phu Xuan University will contribute to improving education quality, thereby providing a high-quality workforce that meets practical demands and aligns with KIM LONG MOTOR’s future production and business development strategies.
