On April 11, KIM LONG Motors and School of Engineering and Technology – Hue University held a meeting to discuss cooperation in order to improve the effectiveness of training and recruitment of personnel.

KIM LONG Motors and Hue University discuss cooperation on human resource development

A delegation from Hue University led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Lich - Head of School of Engineering and Technology, along with heads of departments and lecturers of the university, visited and worked at the KIM LONG Motors Automobile, Parts & Components Production Complex. Welcoming the delegation were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Xuan Mai - Science and Technology & Training Advisor, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Quang - HR Director of KIM LONG Motors.

At the meeting, the Hue University delegation was introduced to the development process of KIM LONG Motors, the company's business activities, and toured the complex. The two sides also discussed and agreed on a number of cooperation agreements on: training of human resources, improving professional knowledge and vocational skills for students through end-of-course internships and recruiting graduates.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Lich - Head of School of Engineering and Technology, Hue University, shared: "As a university of science and technology, we hope to receive the cooperation of large enterprises in the industry. The cooperation event with KIM LONG Motors this time is very important, not only as an opportunity for students to be equipped with more vocational skills and practical experience at the enterprise but also as a foundation for the development of the two sides in the future."

School of Engineering and Technology, Hue University is currently training in the fields of: engineering and technology, electrical - electronics, automation and artificial intelligence. The cooperation between KIM LONG Motors and the university will contribute to improving the quality of training, thereby providing more high-quality human resources that meet the practical needs and recruitment criteria of KIM LONG Motors.
