With the vision: "To become the leading automobile and automotive parts manufacturer in Vietnam; to deeply participate in the supply chain of the Vietnamese and regional automotive industries, aiming for Vietnamese-made cars to be sold in bulk and strongly exported to the global market," KIM LONG MOTOR Huế Joint Stock Company pursues a strategy to develop KIM LONG-branded products, especially in the commercial vehicle segment. Accordingly, the KIM LONG MOTOR Hue automobile production and assembly complex is developed into a leading center for manufacturing automobiles and automotive parts with a goal of achieving 80%–90% localization by the second quarter of 2026. The company is committed to becoming a market leader in terms of both quality and production of internal combustion engine vehicles, new energy vehicles such as electric buses and electric trucks (heavy, medium, light), with a focus on export to international markets.

To contribute to realizing this goal, KIM LONG MOTOR officially introduces its Distribution System Planning & Development and announces the appointment of KIM LONG MOTOR commercial vehicle dealers. The distribution system is planned and developed with a clear perspective:

- Development based on suitable models for each province/city, depending on market size and regional characteristics;

- A phased development roadmap in alignment with KIM LONG MOTOR's manufacturing and business strategy, with the goal of nationwide coverage;

- Priority location planning along major national highways and main roads, allowing vehicles to operate at all hours, leading to city entrances.

In line with this approach, KIM LONG MOTOR is developing a network of 4S-standard Showrooms/Dealers in key provinces/cities, creating a model for sales systems, after-sales services, and business operations management according to KIM LONG MOTOR standards. For other provinces/cities, depending on market size and potential, the network will include 3S and 1S-standard dealers through the selection of authorized dealers. Additionally, KIM LONG MOTOR will implement the planning and investment in service center workshops in key provinces/cities with strategic transport links, and develop a nationwide network of repair and warranty service partners. This ensures that all warranty and maintenance services are conducted according to KIM LONG MOTOR's standards, providing customers with convenient, professional, and dedicated experiences that meet service demands in a timely manner.

Regarding the overall distribution system planning, the target is to have at least 130 showrooms nationwide by 2028, covering major cities and provinces, with showrooms ranging from urban centers to districts and towns, forming a network to increase customer convenience for product and service access. In key provinces/cities with large market capacities such as Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Hai Phong, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Dak Lak, Can Tho, Tien Giang, etc., each province/city will invest in at least one 4S-standard showroom, with additional 3S and 1S showrooms in districts based on market size. Therefore, with 130 showrooms, the network will include 30 4S-standard showrooms, 100 3S and 1S-standard showrooms, 10 service centers for bus upgrades, and 30 service partners across the country.The KIM LONG MOTOR showroom and service center models include:

1. 4S SHOWROOM: A large showroom (~8,000m²), including: (1) Showroom displaying light trucks, minibuses, and medium trucks; (2) Outdoor display area for large buses, heavy trucks, dump trucks, trailers, etc.; (3) Service workshop and parts store providing full warranty, maintenance, and repair services for all types of commercial vehicles, especially heavy-duty bodywork for large buses, heavy trucks, and trailers, including electric vehicle charging stations.
2. 3S SHOWROOM: A medium-sized showroom (~4,000m²), with similar functions to the 4S showroom but excluding heavy-duty bodywork and electric vehicle charging stations.
3. 1S SHOWROOM: A smaller showroom (~1,400m²), located in city centers, focusing on displaying light trucks, minibuses, with service workshops only offering warranty, maintenance, and light repairs for light trucks and minibuses, without bodywork services.
4. SERVICE CENTER WORKSHOP: A large-scale workshop (~8,000m²), located in key provinces/cities with significant market potential, situated on major highways and inter-provincial transport routes. This center provides complete repair services for commercial vehicles, including chassis, electrical, bodywork, and interior/exterior upgrades for buses. It also includes parts stores for KIM LONG commercial vehicles and offers 24/7 mobile repair services.
5. SERVICE PARTNERS: To ensure quick and convenient warranty, maintenance, and repair services in areas without showrooms, KIM LONG will recruit service partners operating under KIM LONG MOTOR's quality control standards.

This showroom meets the 4S standard, featuring modern facilities, displaying and selling all types of KIM LONG commercial vehicles, and offering warranty, repair, and genuine parts services to meet the diverse needs of customers in Ho Chi Minh City and the southern region.
